Nathan James, an IT professional with 26 years experience, founded Natánn computer consulting in 1994. His team supports local small businesses such as Prima Restaurant, St. Isidore School and Hercules Rodeo Fire with all their technology needs.
We first met Nathan when he became a client of Laptop Lounge’s sister company, Reliable Receptionist in 2010. Reliable Receptionist provides Nathan with a small, dedicated team of receptionists that answer his company’s calls during business hours and, with a wealth of knowledge at their fingertips, act seamlessly as an extension of his staff. Callers to Natánn never know the receptionist isn’t right there in Nathan’s virtual office, and that’s where Laptop Lounge comes in.
Nathan worked from home for 17 years, and now, between having three active teenagers, and expanding his business to custom software & web development services, along with his photography, he needs a professional workplace more than ever! Nathan was thrilled to discover the new space at Laptop Lounge, and, as a member of Reliable Receptionist, it was a no brainer to add more front-end business services to inspire him to do his best work, and inspire confidence in his clients and associates.
