Bedford Art Gallery was founded as an online gallery space in Brooklyn, New York. Specialized in Street Art, Pop Art, Contemporary Art, BAG presents works by emerging New York artists.  The perfect place to start, extend or diversify your set.

BAG was founded in 2016 by auction specialist Jessica Leigh.

All About BAG

Bedford Art Gallery, founded in 2016 by Jessica Leigh, is an online art gallery and showroom.

Leigh holds a B.A. In Fine Arts, Studio at Austin University of Texas, and over 10 years of worldwide curating private and corporate collections.

She's currently Bidsquare's online auction site sales manager.  She recently held the post-war and contemporary art auction specialist position at Artnet Auctions in New York City, specializing in print and multiples.   Jessica worked as an art consultant for Martin Lawrence Galleries, NYC, and Weinstein Gallery, San Francisco, before joining Artnet. Leigh is a founding Brooklyn Museum Feminist Art Council member. Obviously, her experience, knowledge and passion for art helped develop the Bedford Art Gallery.

Bedford Art Gallery incorporates Leigh's passion for street and fine art. BAG shows both current, emerging and local artists.  The gallery offers an exhibition space for the NYC community located in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn's culturally vibrant, artistic neighborhood.  The studio also presents one-off pop-ups and special events. BAG has already built a much-needed space to showcase their talents to local and international creatives.  BAG organized shows for street artists from central New York City What will you leave behind and El Sol. Bedford Art Gallery has funded culinary educational activities with Australian Holistic Chef and Kim Brewer, "The Art of Raw Food"
