Please be advised that effective May 31, 2023, Victory Workspace will be merging our operations with Pacific Workplaces’ location in Walnut Creek. This means we will be closing our location at 1261 Locust Street. This is a painful decision rooted in the severe impact the Covid-19 pandemic has had on our business. Despite our best efforts to regrow our community and negotiate new terms with our landlord, we have not been able to do so in a sustainable way.
To the many of you I know personally and interact with regularly, please accept my apologies for not reaching out individually, but there was simply not enough time to do so given how quickly events transpired. Please note our Reliable Receptionist telephone services will continue without interruption. Reliable Receptionist will now be based at Pacific Workplaces’ Walnut Creek location, and we look forward to working alongside you there.
I know this may be surprising and unwelcome news, both to those who have joined us recently and those who have been with us for more than a decade. To ensure our clients are well cared for, we have arranged to migrate our community to the Pacific Workplaces’ location at 1990 North California Blvd, across from the BART station in Walnut Creek. Pacific Workplaces is a long-established player in the shared workspace industry with 18 locations throughout Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona, and they are excited to welcome the Victory Workspace community.
To minimize the inconvenience and potential cost associated with this change, we have included step-by-step instructions to migrate your account. Furthermore, your first month at Pacific Workplaces will be free of charge other than a small processing fee to transfer your billing information. Your final invoice with Victory Workspace will be for May. The month of June will be provided at no charge at Pacific Workplaces’ Walnut Creek location. Billing will resume in July at your current rates, or an adjusted rate based on any changes to your preferences. To claim your free month of service, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
For those of you using our business address and mail service, use the instructions below to notify the US Postal Service of your new address and update your Google business profile which should not require additional verification. You will need to notify your clients and contacts of your new address at 1990 North California Blvd., 8th floor, Walnut Creek, CA 94596.
For those of you using the physical workspace at 1261 Locust Street, we are offering tours of comparable space at Pacific Workplaces in the days to come. Like Victory Workspace, they offer a coworking area, dedicated desks, private offices, and meeting rooms available on-demand. Please register for one of these tours so you can identify your preferred workspace area. If a listed tour does not work for your schedule, you are free to visit at your convenience during their business hours, M-F 8:30am-5pm. If you make use of our hourly offices or meeting rooms, you may preview their meeting rooms here.

To claim your free month of service at Pacific Workplaces, please follow the step-by-step instructions below based on your current usage type.
For Business Address & Mail clients, follow all 3 steps below.
For Coworking/Dedicated Desk/Office/Meeting room day use clients, skip to Step 3.
Step 1: Update your US Postal Service address.
Fill out online form at https://moversguide.usps.com/
• Who is moving? Business
• Is the ENTIRE business moving? YES
• More than one business name? My business also goes by another name
• Fill out the requested contact information.
• When should we start forwarding mail to your new address? Enter May 27, 2023 (this extra time will help ensure your mail gets forwarded for the June 1 transition).
• What's your old address? 1261 Locust St, Walnut Creek, CA 94596 (select address from drop-down that appears, no box number required)
• What's your new address? 1990 N California Blvd, 8th floor, Walnut Creek, CA 94596 (be sure to select/include 8th floor)
• Click Next
• Additional Postal Services/Extended Mail Forwarding not required.
• Click Next
• Verify your information.
• Order Summary (Please note that USPS requires an Identity Verification Fee of $1.10 per company name. The fee was considered as part of granting your free month of service at Pacific Workplaces).
• Click Next
• Select billing address: To verify your identity, the address on file with your credit card company must match the address you select.
• Click Next
• Enter your Credit or Debit Card Information and check the authorization box.
• Click Check Out
• Forward a copy of your USPS confirmation email to Victor@VictoryWorkspace.com to secure your free month of service at Pacific Workplaces.
Step 2: Update your Google business profile address (only if using or needed).
On or around June 1, 2023, go to https://business.google.com/
Find your location and click the Edit icon.
Scroll down to Location and Areas.
Mouse over Business Address and click the Edit icon.
No private mailbox number is required at Pacific Workplace so you may enter your address as follows:

Enter the updated address and click Save.
(If you wish to obtain a unique suite number for Google verification purposes prior to the June 1 transition date, simply email Stephanie@pacificworkplaces.com and Pacific Workplaces can accommodate that request).
Step 3: Create your account with Pacific Workplaces and enter your billing information.

Please note there is a small processing fee you will see in the shopping cart depending on your desired payment method. You will have the opportunity to review and/or change your account services prior to any further charges being made.
Confirm your purchase of the Victory Member Partnership for $4.95 and Checkout.
Under the login fields, click Don't have an account yet? Register.
Enter your contact information and create a password.
Click Create Your Account, agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Click Add New Payment Method, add credit or debit card information.
Complete checkout.
Be sure to save your login information so you may easily access your Pacific Workplaces account for making reservations, updating billing, etc.
