Top 3 Survey and Online Forms

Survey Monkey

Surveys: Unlimited
Questions: 10
Respondents: 100
Custom design options: No
Data export options: No

SurveyMonkey is one of the most common survey tools available, given how easy to use it is. Within minutes, you can create a simple survey, then share the connection or embed it directly on your blog.

Nonetheless, functionality on the free version is restricted, as it allows for only 10 questions and 100 answers per survey.

If you're planning to ask a set number of people to take a short survey (less than 100), SurveyMonkey might be right for your needs. But if you want to create more in-depth surveys or collect more responses, you'll need to look at their paid versions, starting at $26/month.

Typeform

Surveys: Unlimited
Questions: Unlimited
Respondents: 100/month
Custom design options: Yes
Data export options: Yes

The main advantage of Typeform is that it provides a wide variety of question forms, including short text answers, long text answers, drop-down lists, dates, multiple-choice, image collection, question classes, yes / no questions, scores, opinion scales, and more.

If you're bored with traditional survey choices and want to collect the respondent’s details in a variety of ways, Typeform may be the way to go. The free version does, however, limit you to 100 answers a month. Anything more and you'll need to find a contract starting at $29 a month.

Wufoo

With its intuitive drag' n' drop interface, Wufoo is an online form builder that provides users with the tools to easily design and build online forms. With the theme designer of the app, you can make customizable and beautiful shapes on the web, add your own colors and logo, or choose from the qualified color palette of the app. Wufoo's rule builder allows you to create dynamic forms that obey the advanced logic you defined to perform certain acts such as skipping certain pages, showing and hiding fields, or emailing specific individuals based on field selections for the form.

It's easy to host online forms — the vendor's code manager provides a number of copy-and-paste code snippets to help you embed your form into your website, email newsletter, blog post and Twitter. Beyond interactive, personalized form performance reports, the form analytics app provides you with important metrics such as bounce rate, submissions, time spent on submissions, and more. And you can get form notifications: Wufoo sends text messages, emails or even a secure RSS feed to keep you up-to-date on your online payments and submissions for the form.

Wufoo's online payment integration features allow you to process your users ' credit cards easily after collecting information from them via a Wufoo-powered form. And its user administration requires multiple email addresses to sign in to the same account. To keep your form data and submissions safe and secure, you can rely on Wufoo, and the support team of the company can assist you in everything from creating online forms to analyzing data.
