Estie Briggs has 20+ years of professional experience in employee and leadership development across multiple industries. In addition to leadership development, Estie’s focus is in coaching individuals and teams through change. Estie has a unique ability and passion for creating an environment in which people can cultivate their strengths to perform at their best.
Estie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies, and graduated in 2019 from University of San Francisco with a Masters in Organizational Development. Estie works full time for a software company, overseeing customer training and implementations. She also offers change management consulting for individuals and teams.
Estie is a certified DiSC facilitator, and holds her certification for administering Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments and coaching.
Estie loves to run (slowly), garden, blog, and spend time with family and her 15 pet chickens.
