Commemoration of the Shuey-Podva House

Come and celebrate the commemoration of our unique workspace housed in one of Danville’s historic treasures!
Members of the community are invited to come out on September 23, 2017 to honor one of the Town of Danville’s historic buildings, our Shuey -Podva House, with a new commemorative plaque.
The members of the Heritage Resource Committee, Â Town staff and Victory Workspace Team will be on hand to unveil the new plaque, commemorating the history of the Shuey-Podva House. Â Members of the Podva family are also expected to be in attendance at the event.
Town of Danville Principal Planner David Crompton said the plaque on the Shuey-Podva home is the first in a series of dedications in a new program designed to honor the Town’s historic sites.
The presentation of the new plaque will occur at 10:00 a.m., September 23, 2017.
