Our Story

At Victory Workspace, we believe there is a far better option than coffee shops, home offices, and traditional executive office space for entrepreneurs and professionals in need of a dedicated work environment. One that provides inspiration and motivation to succeed and do their best possible work.

Since 2012 (as Laptop Lounge), we've created a dynamic community of extraordinary people ranging from solopreneurs to members of large teams working on their own - across a huge assortment of industries. All of whom wanted to avoid distractions and alleviate the isolation often experienced when working independently.

But our story goes back even further, to 2006 when we created Reliable Receptionist that provides a local, highly personalized receptionist service for business owners and small to mid-sized companies who want to enjoy the benefits of a live, personal telephone receptionist but didn't have the budget or desire to hire a dedicated employee.

Located in Walnut Creek, Victory Workspace is creating an even larger community with the ability to transform the work lives of even more people.



Victor Mataraso

Founder & President
Victor drives the strategic vision of Victory Workspace and oversees all executive-level decisions. His passion is helping other small business owners achieve great success.

Leslie Eisenberg

Regional Manager
Leslie oversees the day to day operations at both Victory Workspace locations. She devotes much of her time to helping members and training our team.

Leah Cabral

WC Community Coordinator
Leah is devoted to making our new Downtown Walnut Creek location an amazing place for our members to succeed, grow, and perform their best possible work.
